Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. This policy explains our cancellation procedures.

Cancellation Before Shipment:

To cancel your order before it ships, contact us immediately at info@zumafurniture.com or +1 248-935-1526. We will make every reasonable effort to process your cancellation. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation once your order enters our fulfillment system.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed before 6:00 PM CST on business days may be processed the same day or next business day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays are processed on the following business day.

If we successfully cancel your order before shipment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Cancellation After Shipment:

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.

If you no longer want an item that has shipped, you have two options:

Refuse delivery: Refuse the package when the carrier attempts delivery. The item will return to us, and we will process a refund once received, minus non-refundable shipping fees (unless the shipment qualified for free shipping).

Accept delivery and return: Accept the delivery and initiate a return within 30 days following our Returns & Refund Policy. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing:

If your cancellation is successful, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund.
