General Questions:

Q: Where do you ship? 
A: We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Q: How much does shipping cost? 
A: Orders of $95.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $95.00 have a $9.99 flat shipping fee.

Q: How long will delivery take? 

A: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. After shipment, standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days. Total delivery time typically ranges from 4 to 8 business days from order placement.

Q: Which carriers do you use? 
A: We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional carriers depending on your location and the items ordered.

Q: Will I receive tracking information? 
A: Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your delivery.

Q: Are taxes included in the prices? 
A: No. Prices shown on our website do not include sales tax. 
Applicable sales tax will be calculated based on your shipping address and added at checkout.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Order and Cancellation Questions:

Q: Can I cancel my order?

Q: What is the order cutoff time? 
A: Orders placed before 6:00 PM CST on business days are typically processed the same day or next business day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays are processed on the following business day.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering? 

A: Address changes may not be possible once processing begins. Contact us immediately if you need to update your address.

Returns and Refunds Questions:

Q: What is your return policy? 
A: Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Q: How do I return an item?

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: For standard returns (change of mind, etc.), customers pay return shipping costs. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping costs.

Q: Will I get a refund for the original shipping fee? 
A: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your returned item. Allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund.

Q: Do you charge restocking fees? 
A: No, we do not charge restocking fees for approved returns.

Q: What items cannot be returned? A: Items marked as "Final Sale" or custom-made products cannot be returned.
